President: Kelsey Ann Vea 

Aloha! My name is Kelsey and I am senior in the TIM school with an emphasis in hospitality. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua`i and I enjoy going out to eat, hanging out with friends, and listening to music in my free time. I have been with TIMSA for the past three years and was happy to serve my club these past two years as an officer. I am now eager to continue my service as your President. I want to welcome everyone to our TIMSA ohana and I am excited to meet and get to know all of you!

 

 

Vice President: Winston Henvio

Hi everyone! My name is Winston Henvio and I am very excited to serve you as this year’s Vice President! I am originally from Jakarta, Indonesia and about 5 years ago, I moved to Seattle, Washington. Last year, I transferred here to go to UH Manoa’s School of TIM with a focus on hospitality management. In my free time, I love to hang out with my friends at the beach, try new food and watch my favorite Netflix shows. Traveling and photography is also a passion of mine! I look forward to be meeting everyone in the club and make some new friends!

 

Secretary: Loreen Leung

Hi everyone, my name is Loreen and I am the Secretary for TIMSA. I was born and raised here on Oahu and have been a member of timsa for the last two years. I am majoring in Human Resource Management and I really like traveling, thrift shopping, couponing, and boba. I am excited to meet all of you and I hope we make fond memories together. Looking forward to an amazing year with you all! 

 

 

 Treasurer: Tara-Ann Marie Pacubas

Hello! My name is Tara-Ann Marie Pacubas and I am from the island of Maui. I am a sophomore studying TIM with an emphasis in Hospitality. I love to go on adventures, travel to different places, and watch Hawaii Five-O. As TIMSA treasurer, I plan to include a variety of fundraisers and I hope that you'll enjoy them! I look forward to meeting everyone and creating more memories!

 

 

 

Historian: Raychel Silvestre

Aloha! My name is Raychel and I’m from Kahaluʻu, Oʻahu. I am a Marketing Major, Hawaiian Language Minor, and a candidate for a certificate in Travel Industry Management. I love to eat, dance, sing, laugh, and do all of the above with the people that I love. I strongly believe Hawaiʻi is a beautiful place that welcomes everyone, I also share those same beliefs for TIMSA. TIMSA welcomed me with open arms and I assure you, as Historian, that Aloha Spirit will not diminish.

 

Director of Community Service: Jessica Baysa

Hey guys! I'm Jessica and I'm the Director of Community Service. I'm from Mililani, Hawai'i, and am a Junior in the TIM School. I have been an active member of TIMSA for the past two years, so I am excited to take on this leadership role. I am passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community, so I hope to bring in new events for our members to volunteer at. In my free time I love to travel, stargaze, sleep, and hang out with my friends. I look forward to meeting everyone and making great memories!

 

 Director of Student Affairs: Shawn-Ray Badillo

Hi, my name is Shawn-Ray Badillo and I will be your Director of Student Affairs. I am currently a junior in the TIM school. I am from Kihei, Maui. Things I enjoy doing is hanging out with friends, going to the beach, adventuring, and adrenaline pumping sports like bodyboarding, snowboarding, and skydiving. I also like to travel to new places to see how it is different from here and the unique things you can find there. Hope your year is going well and I am looking forward to meeting you all.

 

 

 

 Faculty Advisor: Dr. Jun

Jinhyun Jun is the facility advisor form TIMSA. She completed her PhD at Iowa State University and joined the School of Travel Industry Management as an assistant professor in Fall 2015.  This will be her second year teaching at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  She loves baking, cooking, and traveling.  Dr. Jun hopes many who are studying TIM to join TIMSA and learn more about the club. She wants everyone to have a great experience with great people.
